Bradford Cathedral Coordinator of Volunteers

Paid Part Time Post

Bradford Cathedral wishes to appoint a part time Coordinator of Volunteers on a fixed term contract from January 2018 for a period of 15 months to lead and develop volunteering in connection with the recently awarded Heritage Lottery Fund World War One Memorial Bells project.  Building on our existing volunteer base, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of growing and developing new volunteers to meet the demands of this exciting project.

This is a paid post for 15 hours a week and the successful candidate will join our existing team of Cathedral staff.

If you are interested in:

  • designing and implementing volunteer recruitment drives for the World War One Memorial Bells project
  • engaging with people of all ages who may be interested in volunteering opportunities
  • using excellent administrative skills as well as people skills to lead and motivate volunteers
